Organisation Settings

Organisation settings cover the organisation's own details: its name and its point of contact. They're managed by Org Admins from the organisation settings area of the NeonNow Admin app.

Scope of this page

These are the only organisation-level details managed here. Product configuration (for example, contact-centre setup or campaign channels) lives inside each product, and managing people lives in User Management.

Organisation Name

The organisation name identifies the workspace throughout the NeonNow Admin app — including on the select-an-organisation screen and in the organisation switcher.

To change it:

  1. Open the organisation settings.
  2. Edit the Organisation name.
  3. Save your change.

Point of Contact

The point of contact is the person we reach out to about the organisation. To update it, edit the point of contact's details (such as name and contact details) and save.

Who Can Change These Settings

Only Org Admins can change organisation settings.

  • Admins can manage users but can't change organisation-level settings.
  • Operations and Campaigner members can't change organisation settings.
